Cedar Co. Cattlemen to host toy drive until December 15

The bi-monthly meeting of the Cedar County Cattlemen’s Association was held on Thursday, Dec. 5, at the Red Barn Restaurant, the prime rib meal was sponsored by Zoetis (formerly Pfizer Animal Health) with 85 members and guests present.

We discussed our toy drive to be held until Dec 15th, unwrapped toys can be dropped off in Stockton at the United Country office of Emily Mehl at 107-G West Street across from Bongos in Stockton or at the Farm Bureau office in El Dorado Springs next to Sonic on 54 Hwy. Toys will be distributed through the Stockton and El Dorado Schools.

We had a word from Marvin Dieckman, Region 6 Vice President, and from Clair Silvers, Region 6 Queen Candidate for the State Convention.

Our next meeting will be Feb. 6 in El Dorado Springs at a location to be announced.
