Met with Chad Pyle, Assessor

Requests to process court order #26521-26553, to add-on the assessed valuation of newly purchased personal property.

Discussed road clarifications on several locations.

Met with Sheriff James McCrary

Inmate Housing = 49

Met with David Bozarth to discuss additional concerns with the Cedar County Memorial Hospital and the Cedar County Health Department.

Resident stopped in to request repair & maintenance on CR1700 and CR1225. Road & bridge will add some lateral rock to that area.

Returned a call to a resident at Jerico Springs for a road complaint; road is in a special road district.

Met with DJ Ford, Road & Bridge Supervisor

Discussed repair and maintenance on CR2451, CR601, CR1700, CR1051, and CR525.

Hauling oil rock for the first time today on CR2100.

CAT grader is down since last week, repairs anticipated to begin tomorrow.

Road graders are located at Filley moving north and Bear Creek.

Made arrangements for road & bridge begin digging around the courthouse to relocate the sump pump, and make another attempt at permanently fixing the leak into the University Extension offices.

Tom Lewis, Cedar Hall Special Road District Commissioner stopped in with concerns about a low water bridge and incorrect sized culverts being installed in years past.  He will get a quote to repair the low water bridge crossing and submit to the County Commission for approval, and will request culvert replacements as needed.

Commission continued review of annual evaluations.
