EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

Dec 10 – Officers responded to 1301 East Industrial Parkway, Southwest Missouri Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center, concerning a reported assault. Suspect has been identified and investigation continuing.

Arrests: David Chiles, 44, El Dorado Springs, on an active Cedar Country Warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance, keeping or maintaining a public nuisance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia with a cash or surety bond of $10,000. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Earl L Pinkman, 33, El Dorado Springs, on the probable cause of possession of amphetamine and following warrants: Bates County warrant charging him with resisting with arrest detention of stop with a cash or surety bond of $2,500, Bates County warrant charging him with resisting arrest detention or stop by fleeing creating a substantial risk of serious injury with a cash or surety bond of $5,000, Bates County warrant charging him with operating a vehicle on highway without a valid license with a cash or surety bond of $2,500, Bates County warrant charging him with failure to yield to an emergency vehicle with a cash or surety bond of $200, Bates County warrant charging him with operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner with a cash or surety bond of $200, Bates County warrant charging him with failure to equip a motor vehicle with a rear license lamp with a cash or surety bond of $100 and Cedar County warrant charging him with failure to appear with a cash only bond of $1,000. He was extradited to the Cedar County Sheriff’s office pending bond and court appearances.

Officers responded to 108 West Hickory concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of 24” black and gray girl’s Roadmaster bicycle and a 28” red men’s Roadmaster bicycle. Investigation continuing.

Officers arrested David R Pinkman, 40, El Dorado Springs, on an active Cedar County warrant charging him with probation violation on the original charge of assault on an officer with no bond and to be released after a seven day jail sentence with no court date. He was extradited to the Cedar County Sheriff’s office to complete his sentence.

Dec 11 – Arrest: Victor G Sylvia III, 33, El Dorado Springs, on an active Cedar County warrant charging him with condition release violation on the original charge of assault with no bond and that he finish out his 30 day sentence. He was extradited to the Cedar County Sheriff’s office to complete his sentence.

Dec 11 – officers responded to 200 West McCrary Circle Apt 40, concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of prescription medications. Investigation continuing.

Dec 12, – Officers responded to 901 South Kirkpatrick concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a black and silver Craftsman Skill Saw 7 1⁄2” with three blades, Birmingham Gun Depot SMC grinder, a 100-piece socket set, 1⁄2” and 3/8”, an orange, portable air compressor, a red two gallon gas can full of gasoline and one or two ton come-along. Investigation continuing.

Arrest: Robert E. Applebee, 38, El Dorado Springs, on an active Cedar County warrant charging him with probation violation on the original charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and DWR and an active Cedar County warrant charging him with p robation violation on the original charges of two counts of distributing or delivering not more than 5 grams of marijuana possession and distribute/deliver/manufacture/produce or attempt to or possess with intent to distribute/deliver/manufacture/produce a controlled substance with a cash or surety bond of $5,000. He was released on bond pending court appearance.
