Slick roads and cold weather didn’t keep eight people from attending the Mt. Zion Bible study held in the home of Tom and Beverly Pelkey Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome to join us.
Mt. Zion Community Club will meet Feb. 19 at the Rockville United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall at 11 a.m. for dinner and quilt tacking, jell-o bingo was the entertainment.
James and Karen Rosbrough had dinner at Tom and Beverly Pelkey's home Sunday after church.
June Marshall is doing therapy; she is tired of not being June.
Dixie Peterson is doing well with her therapy at the Ellett Memorial Hospital, looking forward to being home. She appreciates all the cards and calls.
Tom Pelkey was snow bound due to the snow packed roads, but did take the southern route out Saturday for visiting in the Zink home. Beverly almost has her quilt top finished, having to stay home more.
Howard Peterson and Marge Zink attended visitation for David Speake of Fair Grove Sunday in Springfield.
John and Julia Snethen spent a quite weekend at home with son, Ron. Their car is still down but they are considering getting a new one. Carrie Brooks spent the weekend in Warrenton.
