Sympathy to Tony Reynolds family

Sympathy to the family of Tony Reynolds of the Roscoe area. The funeral service was held Monday.

Mt. Zion area has enjoyed the warm weather. Folks are saying don’t seem like December;  I say I’ll take this weather every day we can get to like this weather in December. Homes are starting to look like Christmas with all the decorations going up.

Please keep Judy Piepmeir in your prayers her latest eye surgery seems to be working.

Glad Beverly Pelkey is feeling better, her face is back to normal, still taking medicine but is able to finish Club books. Tom wanted to split wood but the splitter had a flat tire, got that fixed now back to filling the woodshed.

Howard Peterson had Sunday dinner with Dixie Peterson at Truman Lake Manor. Dixie is doing better since her stay in the hospital. Enjoys getting mail and watching TV.

Over at the Robin Siegismund farm, Belle’s conscience is bothering her. She told Robin she would sleep at home starting at deer season, but it is cooler at Grandmas now that the weather is warm; she gets so hot in her house. Mabel is busy picking up pecans. Robin is crashing little people’s blanks with pictures of animals on them.

Micheal Snethen enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with Jon and Julia Snethern and Ron Thompson. John and Julia kept their usual appointments on Friday, beauty shop and shopping.

Wanda Rector spent and enjoyed two weeks visiting family in St Louis and Branson areas. Enjoying all the sights Branson has even more lights than usual.

Mt. Zion Club will meet in the Marge Zink home on Dec 15, afternoon Christmas party.
