Mt. Zion got much needed rain

Rockville United Methodist Church was by our new minister Kacey Beaton, taken from Mathew 21: 1-11 and 27: 11-54.

Mt. Zion Bible study was held in the home of Joela Dains always on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. where 11 were present to study the Bible and fellowship. You are invited to join us.

Joela Dains hosted the Osage Club on Wednesday.

Sympathy to the family of Jim Davis, funeral services were Friday; Jim will be missed.

The Mt. Zion area is looking a lot like spring, we got some much need rain.

June Marshall is feeling much better and was able to go to church for the first time in a long time. Bill came and did some much needed yard work.

The Rockville Methodist Church Quilters were happy to have visitors from California State. They pick up their quilts.

Visitors in the Howard and Dixie Peterson home have been Russell James, Charles Robert Beniger, Kent Crawford and Beth. Dixie is doing much better.

Tom and Beverly Pelkey went garage saleing in Appleton City and didn’t buy a thing.

Julia Snethen and Carrie Brooks went to Columbia on Monday then on to Warrenton before returning home. Julia spent two days in bed after returning. John did return to work.
