Cedar County Memorial Hospital it pleased to announce that Tedi Payne, FNP is joining Cedar County Memorial Hospital as the facility continues its upward growth strategy. Tedi brings nearly ten years of experience to the provider group as she joins Andrew Wyant, M.D., Craig Wamsley, M.D. and Chandler Curtis, PA-C at the Cedar County Memorial Hospital Medical Mall at 1317 South Hwy 32 in El Dorado Springs.
Tedi was born and raised in El Dorado Springs, then attended Drury in Springfield where she received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology. She continued her education at Cox School of Nursing becoming a Registered Nurse, then continued on at Cox where she attained her Master’s Degree – Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Tedi and husband Jordan, who is the Vice President of Mid-Missouri Bank in El Dorado Springs have three children, Jovi, Nix, and Tobi. When schedules allow they enjoy lake time with family and friends. In speaking about the move to Cedar County Memorial Hospital, Tedi commented, “I hope to help the hospital and clinic grow and sustain because I one hundred percent believe our community needs it here!” Interim CEO Angela Linden added, “We look forward to welcoming Tedi and her patients to our healthcare family. Growing our provider team is in alignment with our overall mission, vision and strategy to expand the number of patients we care for in Cedar and surrounding counties.” Tedi will begin seeing patients in early summer according to information from the Cedar County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees.
