Text Caster

Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to share more information about the Text Caster partnership.

Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

We were able to apprehend a fleeing subject within the first two weeks of having Text Caster available!

Arrests

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made 4 arrests and took multiple reports during the week of August 30th, 2022 through September 6th, 2022.

Gregory, Maria- On August 30, 2022, Maria Gregory, was arrested by Jackson County Deputies and picked up by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County Warrant for Assault 4th degree. The bond was set at $2,500 cash or surety.

Limiac, Aiden-On August 30, 2022, Aiden Limiac, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Terrorist Threats. Deputies were dispatched to Osceola Highschool for threats, an investigation was conducted and Aiden was taken into custody. A warrant was issued for Terrorist Threats. The bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.

Wells, Robert- On September 1, 2022, Robert Wells, was arrested by Hickory County Deputies and a county line transfer was done to St. Clair County Deputies. The warrant was out of St. Clair County for Possession of A Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility. The bond was set at $5,301 cash only.

Schupback, Georgia- On September 2, 2022, Georgia Schupback, was arrested by Jackson County Deputies and picked up by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County Warrant for Possession of A Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The bond was set at $7,500 cash or surety.

Cooper, Steven- On September 3, 2022, Steven Cooper, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Failing to Register as A Sex Offender. The arrest came from deputies conducting a traffic stop for a lane violation. An investigation was conducted and Steven was arrested and booked and released pending formal charges.

Arrests

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made 8 arrests and took multiple reports during the week of September 7th, 2022 through September 14th, 2022.

Greve. Ryan- On September 7, 2022, Ryan Greve, Osceola, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Domestic Assault 3rd.  Deputies were dispatched to a domestic assault. An investigation was conducted and Ryan was arrested. The bond was set at $15,000 cash or surety

Kirk, Audbrianna- On September 8, 2022, Audbrianna Kirk, was arrested by St. Clair County deputies for a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of A Controlled Substance. The bond was set at $5000 cash only.

Lingenfelser, Ariel- On September 7, 2022, Ariel, Osceola, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on Domestic Assault 3rd Degree. Deputies were dispatched to an assault. An investigation was conducted and Ariel was arrested pending formal charges.

Goodrum. Stephanie- On September 7, 2022, Stephanie, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County warrant for  Possession of Controlled substance Except 35 grams or less of Marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, Possession of Marijuana/synthetic Cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, Unlawful possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting/Interfering With Arrest, Detention or Stop. The bond was set at $5000 cash only.

Foley, Travis- On September 9, 2022, Travis, Osceola, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Statutory Rape Or Attempted Statutory Rape – 1st Degree – Person Less Than 14 Yoa – Aggravated Sexual Offense, Statutory Rape – 2nd Degree, Statutory Sodomy – 2nd Degree. There was a no bond warrant issued.

Moore, Bradford- On September 12, 2022, Bradford, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession Of A Controlled Substance. The bond was set at $200 cash or surety.

Jordan, George- On September 13, 2022, George, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County warrant for Operating a Vehicle on the Highway without a valid license. The bond was set at $2500 cash or surety.

Landis, James- On September 13, 2022, James, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree, Burglary 1st Degree. Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Disturbance. An investigation was conducted and James was arrested. The bond was set at $25,000 cash only.
