ST CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT

June 30 – Deputy arrested Clay McNary, 25, Monett, on a felony probation violation warrant on original charge of attempted burglary-second degree. Bond set at $2,000 cash only and court date of Aug. 1 given.

Deputy arrested Lance Hill, 35, Springfield, on Osceola Police Department warrant failing to appear in court on two misdemeanor traffic offenses. Bond set at $365 cash only and court date of Aug. 8 given.

July 1- St. Clair County felony arrest warrant issued for Edwin Lyons, 37, Osceola, for a probation violation on original charge of possessing a controlled substance. Bond set at $2,500 cash only.

July 3 – Marcial Solis-Lara, 39, Schell City, arrested after a traffic stop by deputies on A Hwy near NW 1001 Rd. Solis-Lara was booked into the St. Clair County Jail for misdemeanor DWI. Bond set at $500 cash or surety and court date of Augt 1 given. Solis-Lara was also arrested on a Pettis County warrant for failing to appear in court on a driving without a license charge. Bond set at $1,000 cash or surety and court date of July 16 given.

Deputy took a burglary report on NE ZZ Hwy. Mike Beachner reported receiving a telephone call from a neighbor in reference to a female being inside a house on his property without permission. When the female was confronted by the neighbor, she identified herself and explained she was there trying to retrieve some of her belongings. The neighbor did not allow the female to take any of the property inside the residence. Beachner noted he was not at the property at the time and when he returned the female was gone. Damage to three windows reported. Request for prosecution signed and suspect was identified. Investigation ongoing.

Deputy arrested Christina Yeager, 39, Carterville, on a misdemeanor warrant for passing bad check-less than $500. Bond set at $500 cash only. Charge stems from an incident in August 2005. Arrest warrant issued March 2006.

July 4 – Deputy took report of a stolen weed eater on NE 1399 Private Rd. David Masser reported a Poland weed eater stolen from his garage. Request for prosecution signed and investigation ongoing.

July 5 – Deputy took report of trespassing from John Jambrosic Jr. on NE 32 Pvt. Rd. Jambrosic reported a neighbor has been trespassing and littering on his property. Request for prosecution signed and investigation ongoing.

July 6 -Carolyn Hooker, 53, Appleton City, arrested in St. Clair County on a Bates County warrant charging her with class C felony stealing. Bond set at $10,000 cash or surety.

July 7 – Robert Foster, 32, Osceola, arrested in St. Clair County on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a class C felony charge of stealing. Bond set at $10,000 cash or surety. Charge stems from incident on April 15 when a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to property on SE V Hwy in reference to stealing. Jack Foster reported individual in a Dodge Dakota truck pulling a small trailer was seen stealing scrap from his property. Evidence was located at scene and investigation discovered the suspect vehicle located at Meredith Recycling, Montrose. Contact made with Henry County Sheriff’s Office and deputy dispatched to the location to stop and hold the vehicle. Vehicle stopped and contact made with two male subjects in the vehicle. Items were recovered, identified and released to Jack Foster.

July 8 – Felony arrest warrant issued for Howard Groves Jr., 30, Lowry City, charging him with probation violation from on a class B felony drug charge from May 2005. Bond set at $100,000 cash or surety. July 9 – Griff Golden, 39, Lowry City, arrested in St. Clair County on a felony no bond warrant for parole violation.

Vanessa Barker, 33, Lowry City, arrested in St. Clair County on an outstanding warrant out of Linn County for misdemeanor property damage-second degree. Bond set at $1,000 cash or surety and a court date of Aug. 7 given.

July 9 – Jeremy Noble, 30, arrested in St. Clair County on a warrant from Henry County charging him with a probation violation on a second degree assault charge. Bond set at $2,500 cash only. No court date given.

Juan Gonzales Jr, 38, Kansas City, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony non support. Bond set at $500 cash only. Warrant issued on June 2.

Michael Parmalee, 34, Osceola, arrested on a felony drug charge following a narcotics investigation in Lowry City. Information obtained regarding alleged drug activity occurring at a residence. During investigation, St. Clair County Sheriff’s office deputies and officers from the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force found Parmalee to be in possession of a glass pipe containing a white powder that field tested positive for methamphetamine. On July 10, formal charge filed and arrest warrant issued charging Parmalee with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. Bond set at $10,000 cash or surety.

Charlotte Hertlein, 27, Lowry City, arrested in St. Clair County on a warrant for failing to appear in court on three St. Clair County misdemeanor charges of passing a bad checks-less than $500. Charges stem from incidents in June 2008. Bond set at $500 cash only.

July 12 – Deputy responded to a burglary complaint on SE TT Hwy. Randall Haynes reported a leather briefcase containing cash, checkbooks and paperwork missing from his office. Suspect named and investigation is ongoing.

Deputy took stealing complaint on Main Street in Collins. Betty Owens reported a chainsaw and gas can missing from her residence. Owens reported damage to a screen on a window. Value of the chainsaw and damage was estimated at $300. Investigation ongoing.

Lowell Myers, 45, El Dorado Springs, arrested on a traffic stop in Bates County for multiple St. Clair County misdemeanor warrants. Custody of Myers transferred to a St. Clair County deputy and Myers booked into St. Clair County jail for failing to appear in court for speeding, expired plates, vehicle license, and operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. Total bond set at $551.50 cash only and Myers given a court date of Aug. 8.
