You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Cedar, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is Quiet Title and which affects the following described property:

Lots 213 and 214, Block 11, Cruce’s 3rd South Addition to the City of El Dorado Springs, Missouri. Section twenty-one (21), Township thirty-six (36), Range twenty-eight (28).
