Fifth Sunday services

Cedar County Fifth Sunday Services

The El Dorado Springs Missionary Baptist Church, located at Ohio and Lafayette, will host the Cedar County Association 5th Sunday Services Jan. 27-29.

Friday night services will begin at 7 p.m. with Devotional by Brother Logan Modlin, Sermon by Brother Doyle Mayfield and Alternate by Brother DJ Ford.

Saturday morning services will begin at 10:30 a.m. with Devotional by Brother Dillon Love, Sermon by Brother Case Jones and Alternate by Brother Lewis Eslinger. A basket dinner will follow, and the Mission Board will meet in the afternoon.

Saturday evening services will begin at 7 p.m. with Devotional by Brother Wade Hicks, Sermon by Brother DeWayne Burdette and  Alternate by Brother Colton Collins.

Sunday morning service will begin with Sunday School at 10 a.m. followed by the preaching hour. Brother Keith Irvin is to bring the message.

St Clair County Fifth Sunday service

The St Clair County Baptist  Association  will meet with Freedom Missionary Baptist Church in Stockton MO for Fifth Sunday services on Saturday evening and Sunday morning, Jan. 28 & 29. Saturday evening services will begin at 7 p.m. with preaching by Bro Colton Collins and Bro Brock Divine.  On Sunday, there will be Sunday school service at 10 a.m. followed by preaching by Bro Wade Hicks around 11 a.m.  After a basket dinner, services will continue with  Bro Tim Cooper and Bro Mike Nance preaching.

Tri-County Fifth Sunday service

The Tri-County Baptist Group will hold its regular Fifth Sunday service on Sunday, Jan. 29, at Halfway Missionary Baptist Church in Polk County.

After Sunday School, the morning service will start at 11 a.m. with preaching by Brother Mike Bruce. After lunch on the grounds and a business meeting, the afternoon sermon will be preached by Bro. DeWayn Burdette.
