TOPS 1325 talks about the holistic side

Tops Missouri 1325, El Dorado Springs had their meeting at 10 a.m. today, May 6. We had five members who weighed in.

We did not have any correspondence today.

We meet every week at the Cedar County Library, the only time we do not meet there is if we can not have the library on that particular day. We will always post in the newspaper and the Tops MO 1325, El Dorado Springs Facebook page.

Felicia had the program. My (Felicia) program was on the Holistic side. There are lots of healthy ways to feel better. There are all kinds of things that help. Gut Tea, Plantain drops, pain drops, teas and lotions that help with psoriasis (a skin condition), Angela Kenny at Nature Made Gardens Herb Shop and Yoga Studio, has deodorant, lotions, ChapSticks and much more. Everything she makes is made from her gardens, she is worth checking into. Angela is at 215 US – 54, El Dorado Springs.

Another great place to check out, Johan and I have been there many times, is Zoe Zozo’s Whole Life Market. The guys are located at 215 US-54, El Dorado Springs MO. 64744. If you noticed the have the same address, they are both located on 54 Highway. Zoe’s is right beside Meeks, and Nature Made Gardens is right across from Meeks.

Zoe’s is an Organic Market and they have food, teas, essential oils and a lot more. They have a website and a Facebook, check them out, they are worth the trip.

With no other business, we closed the meeting.
