Have you ever gazed up at the night skies and wondered what exactly you were seeing? Are all of those glistening objects stars, planets or something else? Come on over to Harry S Truman State Park Friday, July 21, for an evening of stargazing – weather permitting – as we tour the night skies through a telescope.

Participants should meet at the park’s amphitheater at 9 p.m. Harry S Truman State Park is located at 28761 State Park Road in Warsaw. To get to the amphitheater, follow state Road UU until you have entered the park. Then, take the first road to the left and continue for approximately 1 mile. The amphitheater will be on the right.

This event is free and open to the public. For more information, call 660-438-7711.
