Dains Fish Farm

Fishing is good. I saw a 26 and a 36 lb. flathead caught on perch and bullheads. I’ll have goldfish, too, next weekend.

Everybody is catching their limit of 10 blue cats. Lines and jugs are best but guys that know what they are doing can catch them on rod and reel.

I’m going to go try to kill a deer in a few minutes.

Lake Stockton Report

They are catching walleye on points 25 – 30 ft. deep on crank baits. They are catching catfish on trotlines baited with bluegill.

Caplinger

Caplinger Woods is closed until next March. Call 417/276-3838 to make an appointment and they will open up for you.

The old bridge is open 24/7/365 as a fishing platform. The camping ground stays open.
