– Taylor Alumbaugh signed to run track at MSSU next year on Wednesday, May 9, at a brief ceremony in the High School Library. Seated between her parents, Terri and Ron Alumbaugh, she inked the commitment to join the track and field team at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin.

Coaches Bob Ramsey and Brain Goatley were also in attendance.

Taylor’s will be the fifth Alumbaugh to attend MSSU, her parents and older sisters, Lauren, are alums and her brother, Logan, is currently enrolled at MSSU.

Taylor plans to major in Art education with an a emphasis in elementary art.
