The Cedar County Sheriff’s Office working together with the CNET drug task force and El Dorado Springs Police Department have been investigating several cases in the El Dorado Springs area.

On Friday, June 15, two search warrants were obtained and executed for two homes in El Dorado Springs. During the searches suspected illegal drugs, firearms, and drug paraphernalia. Currently the CNET Drug Task Force, El Dorado Springs Police Department and the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office are continuing the investigations. The information will be forwarded to the Cedar County Prosecuting Attorney for filing of formal charges.

Drug related crimes continue to grow in the Southwest Missouri area. The Cedar County Sheriff’s Office, El Dorado Springs Police and CNET Drug Task Force work closely together in an attempt to combat these problems.
