
Cedar County Sheriff David Starbuck is asking for information. A home in a remote area south of Stockton was broken into sometime between May 29 and June 21. The home belonging to Thomas and Marylin Kellerman is located at 16995 S. 1475 Road. which is in the area of Edge Acres south of Stockton.
Numerous items were reported stolen including the following: A new living room set dark maroon or wine colored, including a love seat, recliner, couch and four pillows; floor lamp with shade and brass stand, one big bulb and three smaller bulbs underneath; four decorative plates with pictures of a wolf, deer, bear and moose; a rough framed picture of an Indian on a horse with the American flag and bald eagle in the background; a picture of a bridge in KC with fireworks. Has a wrap around frame aproximately 24”x36”; two more decorative wall pictures; old cedar chest with drawers; a new Whirlpool gas cook stove, white in color; a new Frigidair refrigerator, white; a GE microwave oven, white; pots, pans, kitchen supplies, trash basket; clear plastic containers with bedroom supplies,including linens and bed covers with red and white floral design, towels; Kirby upright vacuum cleaner; RCA radio with clock and CD player and a clock with picture of a rooster
A reward of $500 is being offered by the Kellermans for information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons responsible. Sheriff Starbuck says that more than likeley there was more than one person involved and they would have to at least used a pickup and very possibly a trailer to haul all these items.
