Hogan’s Inc. workers were dwarfed by the canvas shroud as they stitched it together on Friday. As they completed a section, cranes on the top of the El Dorado Springs water tower slowly lifted the shroud so they could get to the next section. When the workers start sandblasting the tower (only on a no wind day), they will lift the shroud into position to keep lead dust from blowing into that part of town. (More on Page 1.)
