The El Dorado Springs Softball team traveled to Ash Grove on Saturday, Aug. 25, where they went 1-1 on the day.

In Game 1 the Bulldogs squared off against Sarcoxie. Sarcoxie got 5 runs in the first inning and never looked back beating the Bulldogs 11 -0. Taylor Witt had the only hit for the Bulldogs with a single in the 2nd inning.

In Game two the Bulldogs took on Aurora with the final score 7-6. The winning pitcher for the Bulldogs was Amber Larsen who pitched all 7 innings to pick her first win on the season. Rachel Stewart had two hits, Taylor Witt had two hits and Kaitlin Robison doubled in the tying and go – ahead runs in the bottom of 7th inning to give the Bulldogs a walk off win.
