Doug Wingate and family have had a speedy mouse problem. Not only is it too speedy for a mouse trap, it can grab the cheese and run before the trap can go off. I hope there is only one. I’m sure since the mouse has come there to live for the winter, he has gained a little bit of weight already. I hope they have named him something with speed involved like maybe Speedy or Fat Albert.
Doug Wingate came Saturday to mow our yard. Wayne Vaaca came later to visit. Doug, Wayne and Tex took time out to look at Tex’s new John Deere book. John Olson came just in time before everyone had left. We had a great afternoon visiting with neighbors and friends.
