On Thursday, Sept. 27, the Lady Bulldogs played their last regular season game against the Warsaw Wildcats. It was Senior Night for Taylor Floyd, Amber Larsen, Liz Clark, Kaylyn Whitesell and Rylie Bradley.

The Bulldogs sent the seniors out in style with an exciting 8-2 win. The game was back and forth until the bottom of the 6th inning when the Bulldogs exploded for five runs to stretch the lead from 3-2 to 8-2.

The Lady Dogs pounded out nine hits led by Rachael Stewart with two hits, a double and a single and an RBI. Taylor Floyd added a single and two RBI’s. Liz Clark had a double. Kaylyn Whitesell had a triple. Amber Larsen pitched all seven innings for the win striking out two and allowing only two runs to pick up the victory.

I want to thank this group of seniors for their hard work, dedication, and their willingness to learn and get better.
