The El Dorado Springs Lady Bulldogs softball team is in the district tournament this week in Lamar.

Play began at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, against Archie (12-4) in the Class 2 – Girls – District 6 Championship bracket.

At 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sherwood (11-9) was scheduled to play Adrian (6-7). Stockton (10-7) and Butler (6-9) were set to play at 5:30 p.m.

The winner of the El Dorado Springs/Archie game will play the winner of the Stockton/Butler game at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 4. The winner of the Sherwood/Adrian game will play the top seed, Lamar (15-3) which had a bye, at 4 p.m. on Oct. 4.

The championship game will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 5.

The District champion will play the District 5 champion on Oct. 10. The next games among Top 16 teams will be on Oct. 13. The Elite 8 games will be on Oct. 13. The Final 4 games will be on Oct. 19. The State Championship game will begin at noon on Oct. 20.
