EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Sept 24 – Officer responded to 307 East Hayden concerning a reported burglary of a storage unit. Investigation revealed the theft of totes with miscellaneous items. Investigation continuing.

Officers responded to the intersection of South Kirkpatrick and Pine concerning a disturbance. Investigation resulted in a juvenile suspect being identified. Investigation continuing.

Officer responded to 301 West Marshall concerning a reported larceny from a motor vehicle. Investigation revealed a starter was removed from a parked 1987 Ford F-150 pick-up truck.

Sept 25 – Arrest: Julie Jeffery, 23, El Dorado Springs, charging her with DWR. She was released on bond pending court appearance.

Officers responded to 500 East Fields, trailer 24A, for a report of an assault. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Jeannie M. Strickland, 53, El Dorado Springs, charging her with assault and trespassing. She was released on municipal court summonses.

Officers responded 1301 East Industrial Parkway concerning a reported assault on staff members. Suspect identified. Investigation continuing.

Sept 26 – Officers responded to 700 South High concerning a reported assault. Two juvenile suspects were identified and referred to the juvenile office.

Sept 27 – Arrests: Cammy D. Bailey, 39, El Dorado Springs, for an active municipal court warrant for failure to appear per court order, with a bond of $1,130 cash or surety. She was released on bond pending court appearance.

Bryon D. Fisk, 32, El Dorado Springs, for an active Cedar County warrant charging him with endangering the welfare of a child with a bond of $5,000 cash or surety and a St. Clair County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of no seatbelt, with a bond of $10 cash only. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Officer responded to 218 West Lafayette concerning a larceny for a motor vehicle. Investigation revealed the theft of a Missouri license plate, CG4X4P. Investigation continuing.

Officers responded to 1400 South Park concerning a leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries. Investigation revealed that a silver four door passenger car left the scene of a motor vehicle accident. Officer responded to 608 South Jackson concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of several gallons of unleaded gasoline removed from the fuel tank of a parked vehicle. Sept 28 – Officers responded to 901 South Grand, El Dorado Springs R-2 Elementary School, concerning a reported assault. Several juvenile suspects were identified. Investigation continuing.

Officers responded to 200 McCrary Circle, Apt. #24, concerning a domestic disturbance. Investigation resulted in the arrested of Cassie M. Wooldridge, 18, El Dorado Springs, charging her with two counts of domestic assault third degree. She was released on summonses pending court appearance.

Sept 29 – Arrest Heather M. Molz, 26, for active Benton County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle and no seat belt with a cash or surety bond of $150 and a Cass County warrant charging her for possession of a controlled substance with a cash or surety bond of $5,000. She was released on bond pending court appearance.

Officers responded to 500 East Fields concerning a reported disturbance. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Joseph E. Resz, 51, El Dorado Springs, for an active Bates County warrant for probation violation on the original charge of child neglect with a $5,000 bond. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Officers responded to 123 West Broadway concerning a reported domestic assault. Suspect identified. Investigation continuing.

Sept 30 – Officers responded to 1307 South 32 Hwy, SHOPCO, concerning a reported shoplifting. Juvenile suspect identified and referred to the juvenile office for theft, assault, assaulting a law enforcement officer and peace disturbance.
