EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

On September 3, 2018, officers responded to 107 West Poplar Street concerning reported property damage. The investigation revealed that eggs were thrown at a residence and vehicle with damage to the vehicle. A report taken and investigation continues.

On September 3, 2018, officers responded to 1407 South Summer concerning a reported larceny.  The investigation revealed the theft of a pad lock from a shed. A report taken and investigation continues

On September 4, 2018, officers responded to 901 South Grand, El Dorado Springs R2 School, concerning a reported assault.  A juvenile suspect was identified report taken and investigation continues.

On September 4, 2018, officers arrested Davey J. Stone, 33, of El Dorado Springs, for a Vernon County Warrant, charging him with assault with a $1500.00 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On September 5, 2018, officers arrested Paul K. Johnson, 43, of El Dorado Springs, for State Warrant charging him with a Parole Violation, no bond.  He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending a court appearance.

On September 6, 2018, officers responded to 702 South Jackson concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of city utilities, a suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 6, 2018, officers arrested Carmen G. Tucker, 32, of El Dorado Springs, for a Cole County Warrant, charging her with Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest with $5000.00 bond. She was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On September 6, 2018, officers arrested John R. Herndon, 20, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Driving While Suspended, failure to Register a Vehicle, Failure to maintain financial responsibility. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On September 7, 2018, officers arrested Nathan J. Vance, 26, of El Dorado Springs, for an active Municipal Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear on Court Order on the original charges of Driving While Revoked and Leaving the Scene of an Accident with a $1037.50 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On September 7, 2018, officers arrested Keith A. Daniels, 36, of El Dorado Springs, for a St. Clair County Warrant, charging him with Contempt of Court on the charges of Failed to Secure a Child, No Seat Belt and Speeding with a $671.00 cash bond. He was transferred to the St. Clair County Jail pending a court appearance.

On September 7, 2018, officers arrested Jessica D. Beard, 27, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with Driving While Suspended, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance, Defective Equipment.  She was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On September 8, 2018, officers responded to 319 South Ohio concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a black Cricket Wireless smart phone, with a grey hard case and a blue rubber guard case. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 8, 2018, officers arrested Michelle L. Gregory, 44, of Hume, for a Bates County Warrant, charging her with Failure to Appear on the original charge of Passing Bad Check with a $1000.00 bond. She was released on bond pending court appearance.
