On October 24, 2018, officers responded to 306 West Lafayette concerning a reported domestic dispute. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Rachel N. Bailey, 33, charging her with Failure to Obey a Lawful Request. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On October 25, 2018, officers arrested Tyler M. Wilkins, 27, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear, Per Court Order, with a $331.50 bond, and a Cedar County Felony Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear, on the original charge of Property Damage-Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, with no bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On October 26, 2018, officers responded to 405 E. Martin concerning a reported larceny.  The investigation revealed the theft of a gray and black, HP Laptop computer, which was later recovered. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On October 26, 2018, officers responded to 402 S. Ohio concerning a reported fight in progress. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Kayla E. Fowler, 26, of Schell City, for the probable cause of assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.  Officers completed a probable cause statement for these charges. Also arrested was Emily N. Stowell, 19, of Schell City, for the probable cause of peace disturbance by fighting. Stowell was released on summons pending a court appearance.  On October 27, 2018, officers received a Cedar County Felony Warrant charging Fowler with 1st Degree Assault and Armed Criminal Action, with a $20,000.00 bond. She was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On October 26, 2018, officers responded to 217 North Main concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a set of keys on a small, silver key ring. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On October 26, officers responded to 500 E. Fields, Lot 29, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of two, small, silver rings. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On October 27, 2018, officers responded to 217 North Main concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a black, 32”, flat screen television, a black DVD player, five DVD’s, ten , three-pound packages of hamburger, four packages of hotdogs, fifteen canned food items, and four, family size bag of chips. Suspects have been identified and the investigation continues.

On October 27, officers responded to 1301 East Industrial Parkway concerning a reported assault. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Brandon L. Cole, 21, charging him with 3rd Degree Assault and Property Damage. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On October 29, 2018, officers responded to 701 South Grand concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of an electric meter. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On October 30, 2018, officers responded to 602 South Jackson concerning a reported theft from a motor vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of twenty dollars cash and approximately fifteen dollars in change. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On October 30, 2018, officers responded to the station concerning a reported larceny that occurred at 512 South Summer. The investigation revealed the theft of a black, ZTE mobile flip phone, model Z233VL. A suspect has been identified and the investigation continues.

On October 30, 2018, officers arrested Falen M. Andrews, 35, charging her with Driving While Suspended. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On October 30, 2018, officers responded to 324 West Poplar concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a red, five gallon gas can, half full of fuel, and forty feet of 200 watt electric wire. A report was taken and the investigation continues.

On October 30, 2018, officers arrested Stephen Kendus, 53, for a Barton County Felony Warrant charging him with Probation Violation, on the original charge of Driving Intoxication of Alcohol, with no bond. He was transferred to the Barton County Jail pending a court appearance.

On October 31, 2018, officers responded to 126 West Spring concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a black leather wallet containing a Missouri Driver’s License, Social Security Card, and a Mid Missouri Bank Debit Card. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

On October 31, 2018, officers responded to 805 North Jackson concerning a reported disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Michael D. Sutcliffe, 61, charging him with Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On October 31, 2018, officers arrested Emma L. Copenhaver, 37, for a Barton County Misdemeanor Warrant, charging her with Failure to Appear, on the original charge of Fraud-Insufficient Funds, with a $500.00 bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On November 1, 2018, officers responded to 901 S. Grand, El Dorado Springs Middle School, concerning a reported assault. A juvenile suspect has been identified and referred to the Juvenile Office.

On November 1, 2018, officers arrested Joshua J. Byram, 37, for a Vernon County Felony Warrant, charging him with Possession of a Controlled Substance, with a $7,500.00 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On November 1, 2018, officers responded to 600 South Kirkpatrick concerning an assault. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 2, 2018, officers responded to 303 South St. James concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a power washer. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 2, 2018, officers arrested Lacy Gunter, 31, of Monett, for a Christian County Misdemeanor Warrant, charging her with Failure to Appear, on the original charges of No Insurance, No Operator License, and Failure to Display Plates on a Motor Vehicle, with a $466.50 cash bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On November 3, 2018, officers responded to 219 West Twyman concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a white, Oster kitchen blender, a white bread machine, a brown, Victrolla, antique record player, a 12 piece, white and black set of Treasure Chest Majestic China, a clear, 6-8 piece setting of miscellaneous glass dishes, a tote of miscellaneous cake decorating equipment, clear, miscellaneous glass dishes, and a black set of exercise weights. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 3, 2018, officers responded to the station concerning a delayed report of a larceny that occurred at 511 South Kirkpatrick. The investigation revealed the theft of an orange and white, Stihl chainsaw, Model MS250C, with a 16” bar. Suspects have been identified, report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 3, 2018, officers responded to 313 West Hightower concerning a reported motor vehicle theft. The investigation revealed the theft of dark, metallic navy blue, 2001, Suzuki Intruder, 1500cc Motorcycle and a helmet. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 4, 2018, officers arrested Stanley R. Boyd, 18, for a Vernon County Felony Warrant, charging him with Aggravated Assault, with a $5,000.00 cash bond. He was transferred to the Vernon County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On November 4, 2018, officers responded to 410 East Spring concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a red, Troy Bilt Lawn Mower, with a black steering wheel. A report taken and the investigation continues.
