In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On March 11, 2019, officers arrested Tyler N. Arrington, 21, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear, on the original charge of Driving While Revoked, with a bond of $481.50, and, a Vernon County Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear, on the original charge of Driving While Revoked, with a $500.00 cash bond. He was transferred to the Vernon County Jail pending bond and a court appearance

On March 11, 2019, officers arrested Destiny E. Alexander, 17, of El Dorado Springs, charging her Possession of Marijuana, Under 35 Grams. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On March 13, 2019, officers responded to 227 West US 54 Highway, Pete’s Convenience Store, concerning a reported loitering and disturbance of customers. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Jacob J. Patalsky, 37, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Stealing (Shoplifting), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and two Vernon County Warrants charging him with Failure to Appear on the original charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a combined bond of $540.00 cash. He was transferred to the Vernon County Jail pending bond and court appearance.

On March 13, 2019, officers arrested Darren A. Edmiston, 20, fo El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear, on the charges of Trespassing, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with a $713.50 bond. He was released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.

On March 13, 2019, officers responded to 112 North Park concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of two dust mops. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On March 14, 2019, officers arrested Jesus E. Grajeda, 26, of El Dorado Springs, charged with Driving While Suspended and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On March 14, 2019, officers arrested Tiffany A. Williams, 43, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging her with Failure to Appear, on the original charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with a $225.50 bond. She was transported to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On March 14, 2019, officers responded to 310 West Spring concerning a reported assault. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.

On March 15, 2019, officers responded to 315 East Fields, Apartment C, concerning a reported peace disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Eric M. Tompkins, 33, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Peace Disturbance. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On March 15, 2019, officers responded to 315 East Fields, Apartment C, concerning a reported domestic assault. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.

On March 16, 2019, officers responded to the 1600 block of South MO 32 Highway concerning Minors in Possession of Alcoholic Beverages. Juvenile suspects were identified and referred to the juvenile office.

On March 16, 2019, officers responded to 510 East Gentry concerning a reported assault. A juvenile suspect was identified and referred to the Juvenile Office.

On March 17, 2019, officers responded to 114 Winner Road in concerning a reported larceny. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.
