In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On April 1, 2019, officers responded to 800 North Main Street, Apartment 31, concerning a reported disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Erik W. Ferguson, 52, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Third Degree Assault. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 1, 2019, officers responded to 307 South Vernon concerning a delayed report of a larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a red, Radio Flyer Tricycle.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

On April 1, 2019, officers responded to 135 West Spring concerning a report of a suspicious person. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Christopher L. Bagby, 24, of Schell City, charging him with Unlawful Use of a Weapon-Carry into Church/School/Public Building. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 2, 2019, officers responded to 300 North Summer concerning a reported disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Christopher A. Gray, 28, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear to answer to local Dog Ordinance Violations, with a $176.50 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On April 3, 2019, officers responded to 135 West Spring concerning a report of a suspicious person. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Miranda L. Lanning, 24, of Winona, MO, charging her with Drinking in Public. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 4, 2019, officers arrested Adam W. Prewitt, 29, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Driving While Suspended, Driving the Wrong Way on a One Way Street, and No Proof of Financial Responsibility. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On April 4, 2019, officers responded to 209 East US 54 Highway, Evans Healthmart, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of $50.00 worth of Easter decorations. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On April 5, 2019, officers responded to 211 West Hickory concerning a reported burglary and larceny. A report was taken and the investigation continues.

On April 5, 2019, officers responded to 135 West Spring Street concerning a reported peace disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Thomas B. Jewell, 38, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Peace Disturbance. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 6, 2019, officers responded to 800 North Main concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed entry was made into a storage units and theft of various pots and pans, blankets, and a 4FT, blue, fiberglass ladder. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On April 6, 2019, officers responded to 312 West US 54 Highway, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny (shoplifting). The investigation resulted in the arrest of Jacob J. Patalsky, 37, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Larceny/Shoplifting-3rd Offense. Officers completed a probable cause statement for this charge. Patalsky was release pending warrant.
