In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On July 30, 2019, officers arrested Paul E. Langford, 42, for a Vernon County Felony Warrant charging him with Vehicle Theft with a $10,000.00 cash bond. He was transported to the Vernon County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On July 31, 2019, officers arrested Kenneth C. Cerny, Jr., 45, of El Dorado Springs, for a Cedar County Felony Warrant charging him with Domestic Assault in the Fourth Degree, with a $5,000.00 bond. He was transported to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On August 1, 2019, officers responded to 324 West Marshall concerning a reported theft from a motor vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of a 2020, license plate renewal sticker. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On August 1, 2019, officers were dispatched to 1301 East Industrial Parkway, Southwest Missouri Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center, concerning a reported assault. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.

On August 1, 2019, officers responded to 113 West Cruce in reference to an assault. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On August 1, 2019, officers responded to 308 North Grand concerning a reported assault. A report was taken and the investigation continues.

On August 1, 2019, officers responded to 110 East Poplar concerning a reported burglary with a larceny. A report was taken and the investigation continues.

On August 2, 2019, officers responded to 601 East Gentry concerning a report of trespassing. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Tyler W. Miller, 28,of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana, Under 35 Grams. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On August 2, 2019, officers responded to 511 South Main concerning a reported assault. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Christina M. Jewell, 36, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with Fourth Degree Assault, Resisting Arrest, Property Damage, and Peace Disturbance. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On August 3, 2019, officers responded to105 East Hayden Avenue, Storage Unit 315, concerning a reported larceny. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On August 3, 2019, officers responded to 909 South Main concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a green, three-turtle totem yard ornament. A report taken and the investigation.
