On August 26, 2019, officers responded to 1106 South Park concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a green, 20” bicycle. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On August 26, 2019, officers responded to 108 North High concerning theft of city utilities. The investigation revealed the theft of City Water and Sewer Services. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On August 26, 2019, officers responded to 502 South Forrest concerning theft of city utilities. The investigation revealed the theft of City Water and Sewer Services. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On August 27, 2019, officers responded to 300 North Main concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a red, 12” Balance Bicycle. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On August 27, 2019, officers responded to 425 South Main concerning reported utility tampering. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On August 27, 2019, officers responded to Woods Supermarket, 312 West US 54 Highway, concerning a reported larceny/shoplifting. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.

On August 27, 2019, officers responded to 216 West Twyman concerning a reported motor vehicle theft. The investigation revealed the theft of a white and orange, 2017, Ford F650, 26 foot U-Haul moving truck. A suspect has been identified and the investigation continues.

On August 27, 2019, officers responded to 113 West Broadway concerning a reported assault. A suspect was identified and summonses were issued for Third Degree Assault and Littering.

On August 27, 2019, officers responded to 423 South Main concerning a reported assault and larceny. A juvenile suspect was identified and referred to the Juvenile Office.

On August 28, 2019, officers arrested Stephanie K. Pierce, 50, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on the original charges of Driving While Revoked, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance, and Displaying the Wrong License Plates, with a $726.50 bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On August 28, 2019, officers responded to 200 McCrary Circle, Apartment 39, concerning a reported domestic assault. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On August 28, 2019, officers arrested Tammy M. Gibbs, 38, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance, and Second Degree Trespassing. Officers also completed a Probable Cause Statement charging Gibbs with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Officers also arrested Alexzander J. Masters, 20, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Failure to Display Plates, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Second Degree Trespassing, and Littering. Officers also completed a Probable Cause Statement charging Masters with Possession of a Controlled Substance. On August 29, 2019, officers served Gibbs with a Cedar County Felony Warrant charging her with Possession of a Controlled Substance, with a $5,000.00 bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance. Masters was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On August 29, 2019, officers responded to 200 McCrary Circle, Apartment 39, concerning a reported assault that occurred in the 100 block of West Oak Street. The investigation resulted in the arrest of James M. Rigg, 27, of El Dorado Springs for the Probable Cause of Robbery in the First Degree and Assault in the Second Degree. Officers completed a Probable Cause Statement for these charges. On August 30, 2019, officers served Rigg with a Cedar County Felony Warrant charging him with Robbery in the First Degree and Assault in the First Degree, with a $20,000.00 bond. He was transported to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On August 31, 2019, officers responded to 219 West Pine concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a yellow, Coleman 3500, 4000 max watt portable generator. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 1, 2019, officers responded to 904 South Allison concerning a reported theft from a storage unit. The investigation revealed the theft of a camo, PSE Stinger Compound Bow and accessories.

On September 1, 2019, officers responded to 1506 South Missouri 32 Highway concerning a delayed report of a larceny that occurred on August 26, 2019. The investigation revealed the theft of $200.00 in coins. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.

On September 2, 2019, officers responded to 200 McCrary Circle, Apartment 30, concerning a reported larceny. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 2, 2019, officers responded to 312 West US 54 Highway, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported theft from a motor vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of a multi-colored back pack containing school books and a pair of headphones. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 3, 2019, officers responded to 315 East Fields, Apartment D, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a blue, HP Laptop. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.

On September 3, 2019, officers responded to 810 South Jackson concerning a reported theft from a storage unit. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 3, 2019, officers arrested David T. Smith, 23, of El Dorado Springs for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear on the original charges of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Appear, with a $900.65 bond, and a Nevada Municipal Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on the original charges of No Operator’s License, Expired License Plates, and Failure to Appear, with a $946.60 cash bond. He was released on his own recognizance pending court appearances.

On September 3, 2019, officers responded to 1116 South Jackson concerning reported thefts from storage units. The investigation revealed the theft of a black, Open Road Girl jacket/hoodie, a small first aid kit, and two, all-in-one, bluetooth devices. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 4, 2019, officers responded to 410 South Summer concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a round, digital camping antenna. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 5, 2019, officers arrested James R. Richter, 26, of Schell City, charging him with Driving While Revoked, Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On September 5, 2019, officers responded to 809 South Main Street concerning a reported domestic assault. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Cindy S. Hunt, 54, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with Third Degree Assault. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On September 6, 2019, officers responded to 108 North High concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a 32” Sony TV, an MTX, 2300 Watt car stereo amp, an Amazon Tablet, a JVC car radio, nine fishing poles, seven tattoo guns, and miscellaneous clothing. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 6, 2019, officers arrested Earl L. Pinkman, 39, of El Dorado Springs, for a St. Clair County Felony Warrant, charging him with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-Prior Drug Offense, with a $5,000.00 cash bond. Officers also issued Pinkman a summons for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to the St. Clair County Jail pending a court appearance.

On September 8, 2019, officers responded to a 114 West Joe Davis concerning a delayed report of a burglary. The investigation revealed the theft of a set of silver, Chinese made wrenches and a red and black, Craftsman air hammer. A report taken and the investigation continues.
