In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

July 3 – Officers responded to 312 West 54 HiWy, Woods Supermarket parking lot, concerning a reported leaving the scene of an accident. The investigation revealed that a 2008 GMC 2500 pick-up truck was stuck along the front driver’s side bumper.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

Oficers responded to 211 West Lafayette concerning a report of utility tampering.  The investigation revealed the theft of utility services.  A report taken and investigation continues.

Arrest: Darion M. Hammond, 22, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with no operators license and financial proof required. She was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

July 5 – Officers responded to 800 South First Street, KAMO Electric, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of 200 feet of uncoated wire.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

Officers responded to 800 North Main, Apt #7, concerning a reported assault.  A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

July 6 – Officers responded to 507 North St. James Street concerning a reported larceny and property damage. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Jacob J. Patalsky, 36, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, larceny,and property damage.  He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

July 7 – Officers responded to 100 East 54 Hway, Casey’s General Store, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a 24-ounce fountain drink, two Minute Maid Cranberry Apple Juices and a Hiland Premium Chocolate Milk.  A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

Arrest:  Aron P. Zimmer, 38, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

July 8 – Arrests: Deanna L. Cargill, 31, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license. She was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

Tyler P. Poore, 34, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

Oficers responded to 1700 South Jackson concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a smart phone and US currency.  The investigation resulted in the arrest of Deanna L. Cargill, 31, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with two counts of larceny. She was released on summonses pending a court appearance.
