In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

July 24 – Officers responded to 400 South Park concerning a peace disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of William S. Cain, 44, of El Dorado Springs charging him with throwing objects. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

Officers responded to 302 South Kirkpatrick concerning a reported larceny.  The investigation revealed the theft of a tool chest with tools. A report taken and the investigation continues.

July 25 – Officers responded to 400 South Park concerning a reported assault.  Suspects have been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

July 26 – Officers responded to 100 East 54, Casey’s General Store, concerning a reported leave without pay. The investigation revealed the theft of gasoline.  A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

July 27 – Officers responded to 604 South Forrest concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a flag and rope. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Officers responded to the 300 block of South Grand Street concerning a reported peace disturbance by fighting. Suspects were identified and the investigation continues.

July 28 – Officers responded to 200 McCrary Circle, Apt #18, concerning a reported burglary. This investigation revealed the theft of US currency.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

July 29 – Officers responded to 213 West Martin concerning a reported peace disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Charles S. Green, 39, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with peace disturbance. He was released on summons pending a court appearance
