Nov 13 – Officers responded to 100 East 54 Hy, Casey’s General Store, concerning a reported attempt theft. The investigation revealed the attempted theft of a Big Bore speaker, a Magnovent,and a Coleman first aid kit.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 13 – Officers responded to 315 East Fields, Apt A, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed a lost or stolen wallet. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 13 – Officers responded to 100 East 54 Hwy, Casey’s General Store, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the leave without pay for $37.10 of fuel.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 14 – Officers responded to 1611 South Summer concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a rifle and a blue tooth speaker. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 14 – Officers responded to 115 East 54 Hwy, Pittstop, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the leave without pay for fuel.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 14 – Arrest: Ted E Huber, 48, of Kansas City, for a Clay County Warrant, charging him with probation violation on the original charge of stealing with a bond of $800 cash only.  He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending bond and a court appearance.

Nov 14 – Arrests: Kimberly D Ball, 57, of Nevada, for a Vernon County warrant, charging her with failure to appear on the original charge of possess of narcotic with no bond.  She was released on her own recognizance pending a court appearance.

Shannon S. Burns, 40, of Nevada, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Court warrant charging him with failure to Appear. He was transported to Municipal Court and release upon court appearance. .

Nov 14 – Officers responded to 1402 South Main concerning a reported larceny from a motor vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of $200 cash, a Bushnell binocular, ammunition, hunting vest and two knives.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 15 – Officers responded to 301 East Joe Davis concerning a reported burglary. The investigation revealed the theft of two 22 caliber handguns and a WII game system. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 15 – Officers responded to 312 West 54 Hy, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of $1,530 in cash. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 17 – Officers responded to 300 West 54 Hy, Mike & Joe’s Texaco, concerning a reported burglary.  The investigation revealed the theft of several hundred dollars worth of candy and soda, chips and dips, beef jerky and $30 of change. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 17 – Officers responded to 215 West Hickory concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of two power bass speakers mounted in a ported box and a MTX 1200 watt amplifier. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 18 – Arrest: Roger L. Marsh III, 37, of Ozark, for a Christian County qarrant, charging him with failure to Appear on the original charge of passing a bad check with a $500cash bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

Nov 17 – Arres: Deanna L. Cargill , 31, of El Dorado Springs, for a El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging her with failure to appear on an original charge of stealing with a $716.50 bond, and a Nevada Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while raevoked, with $460 cash bond.  She was released on own recognizance on the Nevada warrant pending a court appearance.

Nov 18 – Officers responded to 1109 South Forrest concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a birdhouse, generator and a bicycle. The generator and birdhouse were recovered.  A juvenile suspect has been identified and referred to the juvenile office.

Nov 18 – Officers responded to 610 South Main Street concerning a larceny of a bicycle. The bicycle was located and returned to owner. A report taken and the investigation continues.
