On December 25, 2017, officers responded to 100 East U.S. Highway 54, Casey’s General Store, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a green Gorilla steel utility cart. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On December 26, 2017, officers responded to 112 Winner Road concerning a reported larceny. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On December 27, 2017, officers arrested Brandon L. Parker, 20, of El Dorado Springs, for Driving While Revoked and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On December 27, 2017, officers responded to 312 West US 54 Highway, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On December 28, 2017, officers responded to 100 East US 54 Highway, Casey’s General Store, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of $6.00 worth of fuel. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On December 29, 2017, officers arrested Timothy A. Hocking, 31, of El Dorado Springs, for No Valid Operator’s license. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On December 29, 2017, officers responded to1109 South Jackson, Lion’s Club, concerning a reported burglary.  The investigation revealed the theft of $150.00 in cash. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On December 29, 2017, officers arrested Michael V. Durham, 40, of Green Ridge, MO, for Probation and Parole Warrant on an original charge of Second Degree Domestic Assault, with no bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending a court appearance.

On December 29, 2017, officers responded to 403 South Ohio, apartment number 5, concerning a reported burglary. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On December 30, 2017, officers arrested Shane P. Stone, 21, of Nevada, for an active Vernon County Arrest Warrant, charging him with Fail to Register as a Sex Offender, with a bond of $5000.00.  He was transferred to the Vernon County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On December 30, 2017, officers responded to 608 South Jackson concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of glasses to see colors and a toy monkey. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On December 30, 2017, officers arrested Marcus McCloud, 21, of Harrisonville, charging him with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On December 30, 2017, officers arrested Robert V. Jadlot IV, 26, of Nevada, for two active felony warrants, a Cedar County Probation Violation Warrants with no bond and a Vernon County Probation Violation with no bond.  He was transferred to the Vernon County Jail pending a court appearance and transferred to Cedar County.

On December 31, 2017, officers responded to 205 1/2 West US 54 Highway, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a wallet and fraudulent use of a debit device. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Timothy A. Hocking, 31, of El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of Stealing a class D Felony, 3 counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device, a class A Misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class A Misdemeanor. Officers completed a Probable Cause Statement for these charges. Hocking was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On December 31, 2017, officers responded to 11 West Marshall Street concerning a reported domestic Disturbance.  The investigation resulted in the arrest of David W. Murdock, 40, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with assault. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On December 31, 2017, officers arrested William Soban, 32, of El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of Forgery. Officers completed a probable cause statement for the charge. Officers received a Cedar County Warrant charging Soban with Forgery with a $5,000.00 bond. Soban was released on bond pending a court appearance.
