In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Feb 7 – Arrests: Brandee G. Lawson, 40, of Jerico Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging him with failure to appear per Court Order on the original charges of disturbance of the peace and possession of drug paraphernalia with a $1,929 bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending bond and a court appearance.

Feb 7 – arrested: Dustin C. Dockery, 28, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with driving while revoked. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

Feb 8 arrested Robert J. Terwilliger, 27, of El Dorado Springs, for an active Humansville Municipal warrant, charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of no valid driver’s nicense with a $100. cash bond and a Bolivar Municipal warrant, charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of driving while suspended.  Officers also arrested him for the probable cause of unlawful for certain persons to possess a firearm. Officers completed a probable cause for the charge. The Cedar County Prosecuting Attorney declined to file on this case.  Terwilliger was released on bonds pending court appearances.

Feb 9  -Officer responded to 301 West Hickory concerning a reported assault. A report taken and the investigation continue

On Feb –  A arrest:Christopher N. Jackson, 38, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with possession of concealed weapon, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

Feb: 10, 2018, officers responded to 1610 South Main Street concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a bullet style propane heater. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Feb 10 – Officers responded to Ehlers Variety, concerning a reported attempted shoplifting. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Feb 10- Officers responded to 311 South Grand concerning a reported disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Dakota Kershner, 21, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Assault. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

Feb 11 – Officers responded to 102 East Hospital Rd concerning a reported domestic assault. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.
