In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On April 2, 2018, officers responded to 1312 East Industrial Parkway concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of copper wire. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On April 3, 2018, officers arrested Christopher N. Jackson, 38, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging him with Fail to Appear per Court Order with the original charge of Resisting Arrest, Caring a Concealed Weapon, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with a bond of $1026.00.   He was released after a court appearance.

On April 3, 2018, officers arrested David T. Smith, 21, of El Dorado Springs, for a Cedar County Warrant, for Probation Violation on the original charge of Receiving Stolen Property with no bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending a court appearance.

On April 3, 2018, officers arrested Zachary C. Jamison, 20, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Driving While Suspended, No Plates, and No Proof of Insurance, and a Cedar County charging him with Fail to Appear on the original charge of Speeding and No Seatbelt with $150.00 cash bond. He was released on bond pending court appearances.

On April 3, 2018, officers responded to 400 E. Hospital Road concerning a reported assault. Suspects were identified and a report taken.

On April 4, 2018, officers responded to 303 West Broadway concerning a reported domestic disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Cassandra J. Robison, 28, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with for Assault. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 5, 2018, officers arrested Gregg B. Morlan, 56, of El Dorado Springs, for a St. Clair County Warrant, charging him with Driving While Intoxicated Prior Offender with a bond of $1000.00.  He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On April 5, 2018, officers responded to 500 East Fields, trailer 9, concerning a reported assault.  A Juvenile suspect has been identified and referred to the juvenile office.

On April 5, 2018, officers arrested Joshua D. Young, 33, of Appleton City, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear on the original charges of Assault and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Officers located a Controlled Substance on his person. Officers completed a probable cause statement for Possession of Controlled Substances.  Officers received a Cedar County Warrant charging him with a Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance with a $10,000.00 bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail bond and pending court appearances.

On April 6, 2018, officers responded to 1001 South Main concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of Missouri CP5B7M license plates. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On April 7, 2018, officers arrested Gray J. Greathouse Jr, 21, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear on the original charge of Dog at Large, with a $479.50 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.
