EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On April 30, 2018, officers responded to 109 East Spring, Don’s Flea Market, concerning a reported burglary. The investigation revealed the theft of $35 of rolled coins. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On April 30, 2018, officers responded to 200 South Main, El Dorado Mexican Cantina, concerning a reported burglary. The investigation revealed the theft of coins. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On May 1, 2018, officers responded to 210 West Joe Davis concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of US currency. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On May 1, 2018, officers responded to 302A South Kirkpatrick concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a garden hose and reel. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On May 1, 2018, officers arrested Larry O Messick Jr, 17, charging him with disorderly conduct in the park. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On May 2, 2018, officers responded to 403 South Ohio, apartment 12, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of coins. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On May 4, 2018, officers arrested Roy L Keith, 50, of El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of Possession of Less Than 35 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting Arrest/Detention. Officers completed a probable cause statement for these charges. Keith was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On May 4, 2018, officers responded to 603 E. Gentry concerning a reported theft of City Services.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

On May 4, 2018, officers responded to 403 South Ohio concerning a reported assault. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On May 5, 2018, officers arrested Sara R. Culbertson, 24, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with Driving While Suspended and Possession of a Less than 35 Grams of Marijuana. She was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On May 6, 2018, officers responded to 303 West Broadway concerning a reported trespassing. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Louis M. Stockdale, 25, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with trespassing. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.
