July  19 St. Clair County warrant was issued for Kerri Randolph, 49, Pittsburg, charging her with class D felony possession of a controlled substance, class A misdemeanor possession of less than 10 grams of marihuana, and class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.

The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on May 9 when a deputy was on patrol and noticed a vehicle stopped on the side of NE 101 Road, Lowry City. As the deputy approached the vehicle it appeared someone ran from the ditch and got into the vehicle and it kept traveling on. The vehicle pulled over again and a passenger exited the vehicle and ran to the ditch.  A traffic stop was initiated. Terry Randolph was identified as the driver and Kerri Randolph as the passenger. During the investigation marijuana, a pipe used to smoke marijuana, and a large “rock” of crystalline substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine was located on her person.

July 14 – Devin Vail, 21, Girard, KS, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Barton County warrant charging him with class A felony robbery-first degree, class A felony assault first degree and unclassified felony armed criminal action. The warrant was issued on July 12 and bond is set at $250,000 cash or surety. The charges stem from a Barton County Sheriff’s office investigation on July 9.               

Jayme Boyd, 24, Bolivar, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with an unclassified felony statutory rape-second degree. The warrant was issued on July 12 and bond is set at $25,000 cash only.

The charge stems from an incident on July 1, 2015. The St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation started on June 7 when a deputy was contacted by a Missouri Department of Children’s Division worker in reference to a possible statutory rape case involving a juvenile and Boyd.  An interview was conducted and the victim noted Boyd was a family friend.  At the time of the alleged incident Boyd was 23 years old and the victim was 15 years old. The victim stated the sexual relationship with Boyd lasted a couple of months.     

July 15- Trevor Taylor, 27, Lowry City, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Cass County warrant for failing to appear in court on class C felony tampering with a motor vehicle-first degree and class D felony driving while revoked. Bond is set at $5,000. The charges stem from a Cass County Sheriff’s Office investigation on Nov. 16, 2016.

Bradford Moore Jr., 39, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with two class D felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-prior drug offense. The warrant was issued on July 14 and bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from an Osceola Police Department investigation on Jan. 18.

July 17 – Lucas Hetherington, 21, Montrose, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on an original unclassified misdemeanor charge of driving while revoked-first offense. The warrant was issued on March 20 and bond is set at $500 cash only.

The charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on Sept. 21, 2016, when a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle Hetherington was driving. During the investigation it was determined Hetherington’s driver’s license was revoked.

Austin LaRue, 22, Republic, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony tampering with a motor vehicle. The warrant was issued the same day and bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.    

The charges stem from investigation the previous day when a citizen reported a suspicious person sleeping in a car next to a building off  the Osceola Square. A check of the vehicle, a gold 1997 Ford Taurus, was confirmed stolen out of Springfield. Contact was made and the occupant of the stolen vehicle was identified as LaRue, a homeless male from Springfield. LaRue initially claimed another individual drove him there and he slept in the back seat after the person left.  Several items belonging to LaRue were removed from the vehicle. He was taken into custody pending the formal charge.

John Snethen, 40, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony abuse of a child and  class A misdemeanor domestic assault-fourth degree-first offense. The warrant was issued the same day and bond is set at $10,000 cash only.

The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation the previous day when deputies took a report of domestic violence on SE 1151 Rd, Collins.

During the investigation it was discovered Snethen allegedly punched a juvenile in the head with his fist and stated he would osnap the individual’s neck. Snethen was taken into custody pending the formal charge.

July 18 – Richard Foster, 31, Clinton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on an original class A misdemeanor charge of theft. The warrant was issued on March 20 and bond is set at $2,500 cash only.

Foster was also arrested on warrants from Henry County and the Montrose Police Department for failing to appear in court. The warrant from Henry County charges Foster with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, theft, no insurance, operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license and no seat belt. The charges stem from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on Oct.13, 2016. The original charge from Montrose Police Department is an ordinance violation for no insurance on Aug. 11, 2016. Total bond on the two charges is $560 cash only.

July 19 – Woodrow Gray, 44, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with four felony and two misdemeanor counts. Gray is charged with class C felony delivery of a controlled substance, class D felony possession of a controlled substance, two class E felony unlawful use of a weapon-subsection 11-possess weapon and a felony controlled substance, class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and class D misdemeanor possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana. The warrant was issued on June 28 and bond is set at $20,000 cash or surety.

On Feb. 2, a St. Clair County deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle Gray was driving on Hwy 82 near Roscoe. Members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdictional Drug Task Force assisted deputies with the investigation and a small clear bag with a white powdery substance which field tested positive for methamphetamine was located along with a misdemeanor amount of marijuana in the vehicle. Gray was arrested and charged in that case.

The new charges stem from further investigation the same day which led to a search warrant being obtained for Gray’s residence on NW 601 Rd, Appleton City. While the warrant was being served deputies located a large quantity of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, firearms and a large sum of cash in his residence.    

Billie Atkinson, 33, Wheatland, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on several counts, class D felony possession of controlled substance, class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, class B misdemeanor failure to register motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor of no insurance and class C misdemeanor failure to drive on right half of the roadway. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.

The original charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation on May 25 when deputies were patrolling on T Hwy and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle Atkinson was driving. During the investigation two glass pipes used to smoke methamphetamine were located in the vehicle. A glass pipe used to smoke marijuana was also located.
