Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made nine arrests during the week of Oct. 29-Nov. 5, 2018.

Warrant Arrests

Jayme Boyd- On Nov. 5, Jayme Boyd, 25, Bolivar, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy,  after her bond was revoked at court on the case that has charged her with an unclassified felony statutory rape-second degree.

The charge stems from an incident on July 1, 2015. The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation started on June 7, 2017 when a deputy was contacted by a Missouri Department of Children’s Division worker in reference to a possible statutory rape case involving a juvenile and Boyd.  An interview was conducted and the victim noted Boyd was a family friend.  At the time of the alleged incident Boyd was 23 years old and the victim was 15 years old. The victim stated the sexual relationship with Boyd lasted a couple of months.

Sandra Marconi- On Nov. 5, Sandra Marconi, 48, Collins, was arrested on a probation violation on an original class A misdemeanor fraudulent use of a credit/debit devise. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

The original charge comes after Amber Kindred reported that someone was using her bank card and provided evidence to the St. Clair County deputy. Kindred reported that there wasn’t anyone authorized to be using her card, except Kindred herself.

James Murray- On Nov. 5, James Murray, 45, Humansville, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Polk County warrant charging him failure to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor resisting/interfering with arrest, detention or stop, class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less- prior drug offense and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. This is a no bond warrant.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on the vehicle that Murray was a passenger in. During a record check, it was revealed Murray had a warrant.

Daniel Parker Sr.- On Nov. 4, Daniel Parker Sr., 51, Richmond, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant, from an incident on May 11, 2018, charging him with three counts of a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 11-35 grams. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

The arrest on Nov. 4, 2018, comes after a St. Clair County deputy was patrolling Appleton City trying to locate Parker for a follow up to an investigation. The deputy did locate Parker at a residence on East 2nd Street. When Parker was walking towards the deputy he had his hand in his coat pocket. The deputy told him multiple times to slowly remove his hand from the coat. Parker refused. The deputy was able to grab a hold of his arm and place him in handcuffs. The deputy checked Parker for weapons and found a knife. The deputy asked Parker if he had anything on his person that would poke or stick him. Parker admitted to having some syringes in his pocket. Parker gave consent for the deputy to look into his coat pocket. The deputy recovered four syringes, glass pipe, and a plastic baggie containing a white crystal like substance. In another pocket the deputy located a black device, approximately six inches in length, with what appeared to be a wick of some sort.

Parker was placed under arrest. The deputy contacted the Springfield Fire Department’s Bomb Disposal Unit to investigate the device. They arrived on scene and deactivated the device. The bomb tech advised the device was dangerous and illegal to possess. Charges are pending from this incident.

Jonathan Lollas- On Nov. 3, Jonathan Lollas, 35, Kansas City, was arrest by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Lollas was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on the vehicle Lollas was driving for an equipment violation. The deputy asked for consent to search the vehicle. Lollas agreed. During the search, two pipes and two baggies with a white crystal like substance were located. The items field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Tanya Thoennes- On Nov. 3, Tanya Thoennes, 43, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class C felony delivery of a controlled substance, class E felony keeping and maintaining a public nuisance, and a class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia- prior drug offense. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.

The warrant comes after the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team and the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on a residence on SE 1151 Road in Collins.

During the search of the residence, three occupants were found inside the residence and secured for safety reasons. A continued search of the residence revealed multiple pipes with burned residue and a large plastic bag with multiple individual smaller baggies inside of it that contained a white crystal like residue. The pipes and the baggies field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Thoennes admitted to selling methamphetamines during a post Miranda questioning.

Jeffrey Wilkerson (no photo)- On Nov. 3, Jeffery Wilkerson, 49, Kearney, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class C felony delivery of a controlled substance, class D felony possession of a controlled substance, and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.

Robert Williamson- On Nov. 3, Robert Williamson, 40, unknown, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia- prior drug offense. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.

Bobby Packham- On Nov. 1, Bobby Packham, 49, Warrensburg, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class E felony non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support. Bond is set at $1,500 cash only.
