March 8 – Daniel Aalders, 29, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with failing to obey a judge’s order to pay restitution. Aalders was originally charged with a class C misdemeanor traffic offense. Bond is set at $4,608.50 cash only.
March 9 – Michael Fisk, 42, Osceola was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Bond is set at $1,500 cash or surety. The charge stems from an Osceola Police Department investigation on Nov. 21, 2016.
David Eaton Sr.- a St. Clair County warrant was issued for David Eaton Sr., 67, Lowry City, charging him with class D felony driving while intoxicated-persistent offender. Bond is set at $7,500 cash or surety. The charge stems from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on Oct. 12, 2016.
March 13 – Chad Nash, 42, Raymore, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support. The warrant was issued on April 20, 2016, and bond is set at $1,500 cash only.
March 15 – James Shoemaker, 32, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony possession of a controlled substance, class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and a class D misdemeanor driving while revoked. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from a Lowry City Police Department investigation the previous day.
March 16 – David Eaton Sr., 67, Lowry City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony driving while intoxicated-persistent offender. The warrant was issued on March 9 and bond was originally set at $7,500 cash or surety. On March 15, a bond modification order was signed by the court changing bond conditions to have Eaton released on his own recognizance. The charge stems from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on Oct. 12, 2016.
St. Clair County warrant was issued for Cody McGraw, 31, Warrensburg, for failing to appear in court for a probation violation hearing.
In June 2015 McGraw was sentenced to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to four class C felony counts of passing bad checks The execution of sentence was suspended and McGraw was placed on supervised probation for five years. The charges stem from incidents in November 2013.
In June 2016 a warrant was issued for probation violation. In September 2016 he was arrested on the warrant. In October 2016 a hearing was held and the court set the disposition out to January to allow McGraw an opportunity to prove he can abide by conditions of probation. He failed to appear for the hearing set for March 6 and it was reset for March 16, 2017.
St. Clair County warrant was issued for Michael Helm, 32, El Dorado Springs, for failing to appear in court on an original class B felony charge of burglary first degree. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
The original charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on May 6, 2015, when deputies were dispatched to SW 900 Rd, El Dorado Springs, in reference to an attempted burglary. Stormy Haddan reported two individuals attempted to enter her residence through a window and fled from the residence in a vehicle.
