On Jan. 16, the Lady Bulldogs welcomed the Lady Eagles of Fair Grove. The game went back and forth in the early minutes, but the Lady Eagles pressure got to the Lady Bulldogs and they were able to take an early lead. A three pointer at the buzzer by Anyssa Salazar cut the lead to 11 at the half, but that would be as close as the Lady Bulldogs would get.

In the third quarter, the Lady Bulldogs were able to keep it within 15, but in the 4th, down by 15, the Lady Bulldogs pressure wasn’t enough to keep Fair Grove from scoring. The Lady Eagles used their size to double up their lead and defeat the Lady Bulldogs 73-42.

Leading the Bulldogs in scoring was Anyssa Salazar 16, Paige Esry 14 and Taylor Robison 7.
