HUNTER TAKES TIGER CHALLENGE – On May 20, Hunter Malensek representing Team VDK & Team S.W.A.T., traveled to Broken Arrow, OK, to compete in the 30th Annual Tiger Karate Challenge, an Oklahoma Karate Association sanctioned event. Several competitors from all over the Midwest competed in this event and as always there was great competition.
Hunter, who is the 2016 State Champion in all of his events and is chasing points to again be crowned State Champion, competed in the Youth 12-13 Intermediate Division and placed 1st in Traditional Weapons, 1st in Open Hand Forms and 4th in Point Sparring.
