MINDY HARPER SIGNS – On Friday, Mindy Harper signed a letter on intent to run track for Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar and become a member of the Cheer and Stunt team at SBU next fall. Present for the ceremony were her mother. Kay Harper; her dance coach, Dalena Gordon; and her track coaches, Robert Jansen and Brian Goatley.
