Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made 16 arrests during the week of Sept. 24-Oct. 1, 2018. Warrant Arrests Viviana Chavarria- On Oct. 1, Viviana Chavarria, 33, Clinton, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class E assault in the third degree. Chavarria was placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.
