Work set for Hwy. 54

Drivers can expect  one-lane traffic on Hwy. 54 between Weaubleau and Preston when a resurfacing project begins the week of Aug. 8, the Missouri Department of Transportation said. Contractor crews will grind off the top layer of asphalt and replace it with new a new asphalt driving surface on a 23-mile section of Hwy. 54.
