Community Springs Healthcare receives CMS five-star rating

Community Springs Healthcare Facility (CSHCF), a long-term care facility of Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation (CMH), received a five-star rating, the highest rating possible, by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
