FULLY INVOLVED – On 12-30-19 at 4:50 p.m.) the El Dorado Springs Fire Department was dispatched to 107 W. Dewey Foster, 34, El Dorado Springs, is being held in the Cedar County Jail, where he is about to be charged with Class A felony child abuse in the death of his son on Nov. 24, 2019, according to Cedar County Prosecutor Ty Gaither. Two sex offenders convicted

from the Office of the Cedar County Prosecutor Following trial and finding of guilty for statutory sodomy 1st degree, Robert Moore was sentenced to the Sex Offender Assessment Unit.  After completing a 120-day assessment in the Missouri Department of Corrections he was denied parole and sentenced to complete his 20-year sentence on October 7, 2019.
