Justin Swager missed the annual El Dorado Springs Christmas Parade so much, he decided to do his own. Mauricio Gonzalez 43, El Dorado Springs, has been charged in Cedar County Circuit Court with child molestation. If convicted, he could be sentenced to five to 13 years in prison. He is scheduled to appear before Judge Tom Pyle on Dec. 2. He is being held on $50,000 bond.
