A LONG STAY AT THE HOSPITAL

A retirement party was held for Terri Heitz on March 12, 2021 in the Hospital classroom. Terri has been employed at CCMH since Nov. 22, 1976. In her role as our Social Services Designee, she served as a patient advocate by coordinating discharge planning, played an active role in our Swing Bed program, and always went above and beyond to make our patients feel like family. Terri was a member of many committees that relied upon her for suggestions and solutions to improve patient care. For many years, Terri served as recording secretary for the CCMH Board of Trustees. Terri has been active in many volunteer programs both for the hospital and the community. Terri never hesitated to help when needed.

Pictured with Terri are her grandsons: Parker, Colt, Paxton, and Dawson. Terri’s daughter-in-law, Michelle Heitz, sister, Lana Wilson, daughter, Ashley Rogers, son Cliff Heitz, and Terri’s husband, Dale.
