Be sure you get enough rest, focus on healthy meals, exercise, seek out a friend or counselor to talk to, treat yourself with care, write a journal about what is troubling you, spend time doing things you enjoy such as gardening, walking or whatever you enjoy doing, spend time with a loved one, maintain a positive attitude and seek tranquility.
