TOPS Chapter walks a total of 19,856 miles in 2025

TOPS Chapter 9319 El Dorado Springs met in The Firefly Services building 700 E. Hospital Rd, on Thursday Jan. 1, 2026 for their regular weigh-in and meeting.

Our Leader, Warren called the meeting to order.

We said our TOPS & KOPS pledges

Warren led us in roll call, 10 members weighed in. We had a 6.4 gain and a 2.0 loss. Giving us a net Loss of 4.4.

The best loser for the week was Phyllis with a 2.0 loss! Congratulations Phyllis!

Marble Game, there is $38 in the pot, Jean won the right to draw but did not get the winning one.

Awards:  Linda H presented awards today for the month of December.

Pat received her 1,000 miles walking certificate.

Phyllis lost 4.4 pounds for the month and reached her lowest weight and is in a new Decade. She received her 10-pound loss certificate and she was the best loser for the month of December. Congratulations Phyllis!

KOPS Awards: LJ earned her back in black with perfect attendance and received her 30-pound loss certificate and charm.

Sue earned her back in black with perfect attendance and today she reached her 65-pound loss.

Marilyn:  earned her back in black with perfect attendance and received her 14 consecutive years of KOPS status along with a KOPS in Black certificate which means she has never been out of leeway, also she received an award for being below goal for “Most below goals in 4th quarter.”

Linda H tied with Marilyn for the “Most below goals in the 4th quarter,” they each had 13 below goals for the quarter. Linda also earned her back in black with a perfect attendance certificate for December. Linda also had a 14- year accumulated KOPS status. Also, her KOPS in Black Certificate. And last but not least she received 1st place walking certificate; she walked 1,500 miles for the year. Wow, Linda, you are really taking this seriously.  Congratulations to you.

We as a Chapter walked a total of 19,856 miles in the year 2025!

We as a chapter had an 11-pound gain and an 18.6 Loss in the month of December giving us a net loss of 7.6.

We hope to carry this success into 2026.
